These guys are awesome! They kept me up to date with the status of my vehicle, got it done quickly, and the quality was perfect. I had some bad dents on a body line, and they made it look like it never happened.

I highly recommend Action Collision in Troy over anyone else! Christine at the front desk is extremely helpful and friendly and makes sure you are updated throughout the process. I dealt with Nick and Mike M and they were wonderful making sure the insurance adjusters were informed and up to speed on the repairs and cost. Phenomenal customer service! Action Collision even detailed the INSIDE of my car when I had the bumper painted and a taillight replaced!! AWESOME people there!! Will never take my cars anywhere else from now on.
They do great work, and they even cleaned my car out....bless their hearts!!! It was a smooth process. I was notified of any changes in the production time. Very clean shop and professional & helpful staff.
Action Collision did a great job on my door and window replacement after an accident. Friendly staff, clean and professional and they kept me updated at every step. They returned my vehicle like brand new it was detailed inside and out. They also helped set me up with a rental service who picked me up. Thank you Action Collision staff!
I am extremely happy with my experience at Action Collision. Mike and the whole Action Collision team were extemely friendly, professional and went above and beyond to make the whole process seamless! They did an amazing job on my car and I would definitely use them again in the future!
