Had our couch and area rug cleaned. They did an amazing job couldn’t be happier. Everything looks brand new again. Highly recommend!
Called and spoke to a lovely gentleman, who suggested that Saturday would be a great day to have someone come by. I phoned on Friday and the reception person confirmed that someone would be by between 3-5 pm. It’s now after 6 pm. I’ve called earlier, twice and was told to press 0 and I would be connected with someone. Then was transferred to a message taking voice mail. No one called or text to say they would be late or not coming. So far, Terrible service! Poor business practice!!
Technician did an excellent job. He came within hours of me calling the company for service.
I have a white carpet that has become discolored. Chemdry went the extra mile by sending me their senior tech and special machine (the 'buffer' rather than the 'extractor'). The result was a significant improvement in the color of the carpet - thankyou Chemdry.
Carlos showed up on time and was very professional-polite, communicative and the clean was as promised
