The stain is still there. Not much difference after the service.The stars are for the staff who was nice.
Excellent service, the man who cleaned the cushions on my patio furniture did a superb job!!!
Our cleaner was very polite and friendly. My score was a 4 out of 5 because after the job was done and supposedly finished, I noticed a few spots on the carpet that were still stained. Our cleaner applied more cleaning and it improved to our satisfaction. If I didn’t point this out, the job wouldn’t have met my expectations.
