Went with Chem-Dry to clean our couch after our kitten had an accident. The receptionist, Karen, was excellent at scheduling and explaining the process. She stated that if we still smelled the pet urine, they would come back and do a follow up. The technician, Faber, was very nice and efficient although seems to have missed a spot somehow so I have sent an email to get a follow up done on that area. Very pleased with service I receive. I have used the company for a number of years now, and my area rugs always look fresh and clean after Faber is done with them. He is excellent, and very personable. I do not hesitate to refer him! Thank you for the great job.
I had my carpets cleaned by Action Chem-Dry yesterday and I am over the moon with their service. The person who did the work was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. He worked hard to get the result he did. Everything Chem-Dry promised when I first called them was done and the end result, besides beautiful clean carpets that smell fresh, was perfection. The invoice I paid was right on target and I would recommend them to anyone. I apologize for not remembering the young man's name who did the work, but he was incredible.
