VERY RACIST, VERY JUDGEMENTAL, VERY JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER. Interrogated me as I explained that I needed help acted like they absolutely did not want to help me. So I had to send them away because how could I trust my well being in the hands of strangers who act like they don't want to help me absolutely not and if something happens to me because of thier neglect I will pursue legal matters

Wife was taken from the hospital to our home. Ambulance attendants were goofing off as they came into the hospital room. Transfer started with them pulling the hair on the back of her neck removing a pillow. When they got to the home they tried transferring her with a sheet going down one stair and putting her in the chair lift. They would not listen to direct orders. They made her cry, twice. Worst experience ever would not use these guys again .

Not a great event - transfer from one hospital to another. Two guys, one is James, who were more interested in how comfortable their seats were than the condition of their customer. Evidently they picked up some gossip at the first hospital and that their attention most of the time. Were told that legs were very painful, so they put a bag on the legs - nice!
