EDIT: This company asked for me to follow up, which I did - only so they could do absolutely nothing about it. They’re a joke, do not shop here. Went in for a tonneau cover. I need it today, I’m ready to buy. Store was empty, I was literally the only customer there. Went in for a tonneau cover. I need it today, I’m ready to buy. Store was empty, I was literally the only customer there. Walked past a kiosk where a man sat at a computer, didn’t say hi, didn’t ask if I needed help to find anything… didn’t even look at me. I checked out all the covers for however long. They all make noise as you open and shut them. Still nothing from this guy. I was ready to drop probably close to $2000. Not from him and not from there. I hope they work on commission.
Stopped by Action Truck to look at caps and tonneau covers and had a great experience with Richard. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences between options without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. I really appreciated his honesty — you can tell he actually cares about helping you make the right choice, not just making a sale. Made the whole process easy and straightforward. Highly recommend asking for Richard if you’re shopping there.
