Went in for a tonneau cover. I need it today, I’m ready to buy. Store was empty, I was literally the only customer there. Walked past a kiosk where a man sat at a computer, didn’t say hi, didn’t ask if I needed help to find anything… didn’t even look at me. I checked out all the covers for however long. They all make noise as you open and shut them. Still nothing from this guy. I was ready to drop probably close to $2000. Not from him and not from there. I hope they work on commission.
Stopped by Action Truck to look at caps and tonneau covers and had a great experience with Richard. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences between options without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. I really appreciated his honesty — you can tell he actually cares about helping you make the right choice, not just making a sale. Made the whole process easy and straightforward. Highly recommend asking for Richard if you’re shopping there.

Got a levelling kit installed couple weeks ago. I’ve had a very long loud clunking sound coming from the driver side. I brought it back three different times they told me it was my brake cable now they’re saying it was my sway bar links. I replaced both and fix them all and the sound is still there but they are telling me its safe and all good to go, and that trucks clunk when lifted. Would not recommend getting work done here
