Had a trailer hitch installed told them the height i needed to top of the ball was 16 to 18 inches. They said after off the hoist they would measure and get me the right rise (I told them the man that built the trailer said I needed 6 inch rise) when hitch was done install they said they measured and i only needed standard 2 inch lift...I didn't watch them.measure or check behind them. It was a great experience dealing with Ryan and Bruce they were knowledgeable and helpful and just all around nice guys. I originally went in looking for floor mats for my new F 150 got set that fitted perfectly. Second time back to get mud flaps we found ones that would perfect and ordered a bug defector for hood.
