Picked up our new truck and stopped by Action for a tonneau cover. Bruce quickly helped us out. Installed it for us and we were on our way in less than 1/2 hr. Super easy purchase. Very friendly service. Thanks again.
I didn't get the two staff member's names, but they were simply the best to deal with. Ordered an item on their website, but was shipped the wrong item upon pick up, they quickly reordered the item, which was delivered quickly, and they ensured it was the one I requested upon pick up. By far the best customer service experienced I've dealt with in a long time. Thanks guys for being awesome.
