I purchased a refurbished golf cart in June 2013 from Action Buggies. Prior to buying, I spoke with them regarding their refurbished carts and was told, "We choose the best of the carts we have available for our packages. We inspect the wiring and components to ensure all is acceptable and replace if needed." To my cart I also ordered a radio to be installed.
