Howard and his staff always treat you right! When I describe this business I use terms like "mom and pop", family and good old fashioned full customer service. You don't wander around for days waiting for someone to ask you if you need help like some of the bigger, more commercial bike shops. I bought new pedals from them and then they took the extra time to fit cleats on shoes that I bought somewhere else! Next time, all of my eqipment will come from Action Bikes!
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great group of people. Highly recommend for your biking needs.
