My husband made an appointment and was there on time to tour this location. The man he had the appointment was 15 minutes late for the appointment. He then took my husband and daughter to his office for the appointment. As soon as they got into the office, he opened his laptop and told my husband he didn’t have time for appointment. He offered a quick tour but told my husband he was too busy. This was a schedule appointment. Completely unprofessional and just disrespectful.
I absolutely love ABC and the staff at Cypress Bridgeland. My son loves going! He has been there less than 1 year and his growth thus far has been unbelievable! It’s amazing!
