Our family's experience with Action Behavior Centers in Wake Forest, NC, was extremely disappointing, and I believe other families should be aware of what we experienced. One of the most upsetting parts of our experience occurred after we informed the clinic that our child had eloped from our home by climbing out of a window, despite us having installed window locks. This place changed our lives forever — for the better. My son attended this center for almost three years, and his therapists truly became like family to him. Brooke was his BCBA, and she was incredibly professional, empathetic, and strategic with his goals. Because of the support and guidance he received here, he is a completely different child — happier and much better able to express himself. We loved this location and highly recommend it to any family looking for compassionate and effective ABA services.
Our daughter has been attending ABC since October 2022 and we have had the most amazing support system with this crew! We started at a different location and just moved to this one upon its opening in October 2023. We followed our BCBA, Renee, to this new location because she is caring, thoughtful, playful with our kiddo, and so insightful to knowing how to help our kiddo progress.
