Our family's experience with Action Behavior Centers in Wake Forest, NC, was extremely disappointing, and I believe other families should be aware of what we experienced. One of the most upsetting parts of our experience occurred after we informed the clinic that our child had eloped from our home by climbing out of a window, despite us having installed window locks. The south Austin center was amazing. I called inquiring Information for my child and the CAA and office manager went above and beyond explaining everything to me about their services. Highly recommend.
My child has been attending this ABC location for 2.5 years, and he has made vast improvements in communication and behavior. The staff, BCBAs, and RBTs are wonderful. They are compassionate, professional, and really care about their patients and families. The one-on-one therapy they provide is golden! Thank y'all ♥️
