Our daughter attended ABC Keller for almost a year before taking her out because of “miscommunication”. The last incident was when three techs were surrounding our three year old telling her to give them a toy purse they thought was the centers as she is crying telling them that is her purse. Overall we are disappointed in our experience. They lack training in all areas. Any concerns brought up was met with an excuse and chalked up to lack of training or miscommunication. My son (4) and my daughter (2) both attend therapy here. My son started in May and just in this short amount of time has progressed so fast and is a much happier healthier little dude. My daughter started last week and just in that short amount of time has already had less meltdowns and she said mama for the first time over the weekend!
