Customer Service and great cars
It was great dealing with John and Keith. Got a great deal on my Jeep, and they worked with me and my crazy work hours for all the paperwork and picking up. Even ran into John afterwards in a store and he asked me how everything has been going with it. Very friendly and helpful. 💯
I would never buy a truck from Action Auto again. I bought 2007 Ram diesel in October of 2015. In three years I have only driven it 30k miles. I have had to replace the transmission at $4400. New injectors at $3400. Replaced the transmission cooler twice $500 each time. Rebuilt the front axle at $1000. Replaced the wiper motor. And just after the warranty was up I had body filler pop off the front fender (so much for car fax) and had to remove and replace the back window because it leaked so much I had mildew under the back ... read more

Action Auto is great . John is 100% open and honest in his deals and condition of his vehicles. John had what I was looking for , but it was not ready to leave lot to his exacting standards. It was well worth the waiting , I have a great truck at a fair price .
Absolute rip off. Sold my brother a vehicle for over 5k and the check engine light came on the next day. Refuses to do anything about it. Don’t ever go here for a vehicle or work done.
