I am quite sure they sell cars with washed titles. The Carfax showed no damage reports of damage and the salesman I texted with said it has a completely clean title, but the car we looked at had obviously covered up damage to almost the entire right side of the car. This is the first dealer in quite sometime that I didn’t feel pressure and staff is super nice to work with. We worked with Randall and he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with our decision. Stayed late, followed up and sent us other options. Thank you
Updated: The salespeople were great but getting things repaired was a nightmare. They told us to swing by and it would take 10-15 minutes to quickly fix a headrest. We sat there for over an hour anxiously waiting as we had another appointment to get to. We told them at least 3 separate times we had to leave with our van and would come back later.
