Worst costumer service I have ever seen in my life. Beware of savaged titles on their cars. Do not buy a car without taking it to a professional mechanic first!! -2 star rating is what I'd put if that was an option. But 1 star is the lowest I can give.
first of all I like to respond to that a review I think that is ridiculous. If you had a problem with a car that you bought there you would have been able to get help. Everyone that works at action auto is always very nice. I am on my 5th car from there. I have only got one bad car from there I returned it and they gave me and my old car back I have never had an issue with them they have always been more than happy to repair anything that needs to be done and always have nice vehicles
Bought a vehicle and they haven't done ANY DMV paperwork. My temporary plates run out tomorrow. IT"S BEEN 2 MONTHS!!!!!!!! The owner is a liar, never calls you back when you have a problem. He threatened to hang up on my husband because he was asking where the plates were for the vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, THEY WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU.
