They were super fast & even showed up sooner than the estimated time! And the young 23 year old Scott was super nice & very experienced n helpful! Highly recommended!!
So the towing service was friendly only thing good about my experience. Lady at the front was rude asf. First off my car wouldn’t start and I had no idea what the problem could be so last resort I had it taken to the shop. First the mechanic told me I needed a throttle body replaced so we did that. 1 week later car wouldn’t start. Took it back and told them this, they proceed to tell me it’s the intake manifold (full price btw) like isn’t your job to find what the problem is? so we get that done 2 weeks later same thing . Fast and friendly service! Kenny was awesome to work with. We had a gas tank strap break on our truck. After he loaded our truck on his, he secured the gas tank with a ratchet strap. Thank you for taking care of our truck. It's very much appreciated!😁

Worst service I have ever experienced!!! They didn't answer their phone either when I called or my insurance called later. When I did talk to a person she was rude and tried to say something about an email, and that they couldn't provide the service. I waited for over an hour in the freezing cold until my insurance agent finally sent out an order for another tow truck. I will not be using this service again and I will tell everyone I know about the terrible service I got!!
