Our driver side window suddenly stopped working; the very friendly owner was willing to see me on a Saturday, dismantled my car door to find the issue, and was able to repair it to a working state for a totally reasonable fee / saving me potentially hundreds of dollars for a new assembly. Amazing! I will definitely return if I have any other glass needs.
