Incredible team of professionals. Customer service and responsiveness? A+. Follow up and value driven pricing? A+. Turnaround and willingness to come to me? A+. Action Auto saved my bacon two weeks ago. I ordered a new windshield from a company servicing the Henderson area, drove and met them from our home in Tyler, only to find out the company ordered the wrong glass. In an effort to avoid a second round trip, I called Action and not only could they get it next day, but they were almost half the cost of my original attempt.... read more
These guys were recommended by my local Ford dealer to replace the front windshield on my Raptor. Called them up and had a quote in 10 minutes and they came out the next day to my office to replace it. 20 minutes later and they were done. Very professional and great customer service.
Folks I will tell you there are a lot of glass companies that over promise and eventually you see right through their BS...lol But these guys right here are the top shelf installers in Tyler and also will come to you. I had the windshield smashed on my 2023 Ford Tremor these guys did it right at a great price. I really cant say enough about Buddy and his people they making laps while the rest of them are just standing still.. thanks guys very happy with the work..
