After arriving to work in the morning to find 3 (yup, 3!) windows broken on my car...and things taken from the inside of my car - I called Action Auto Glass. They were more upset that someone broke that many windows than I was. They came and got my car and returned it cleaned of broken glass and replaced windows. This all made me very happy. Thank you.

Awesome service! – My driver's side window had been giving me difficulty, but today it suddenly fell into the car door. I didn't know the best place to go, so I headed to Action Auto Glass because it was close by. They repaired my window in less than a half hour, and didn't charge me a thing! I was really impressed with this place, and Jimmie (the guy working that evening) was very helpful and friendly. I'm definitely going back here the next time I need glass work done.

Best customer service I've had in a LONG time!!! – A couple of years ago, I needed to have my windshield replaced. They came out, they were punctual, polite and did a great job. About 2 months later, I got a little crack from a rock hitting my new windshield. I brought my car in and they fixed it for free! Now, about 2 years later, I had 3 little cracks in my windshield from all those rocks on the roadway this past winter. I highly recommend them for your auto glass needs! – This was my first experience with Action Auto Glass and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with them. Every phone call was professional and courteous. Jimmie promptly answered each time I called and was great to deal with. The job I needed done involved installing a molding piece on the windshield, and the price that I was quoted was way lower than I expected. Prompt, friendly, and high quality windshield replacement – After reading reviews, I was hesitant to use Action Auto Glass, but I needed to get my windshield replaced. Worse, I needed it replaced on a day when snowy weather had all but shut down Portland. I called Jimmie at Action. He went out of his way to get the windshield replaced that day, driving to and from the airport in horrendous conditions to get the necessary window and then completing the installation by midday. Do they have too much business – I called to see if they could fix a broken window on my car. They said their computer was down and that they would have to call me back. I waited half a day and they never called back. I called them again and they said they would have to get the window from the manufacturer and that they would call back after they checked its availability. I waited a day and a half and they never called back. I am taking the car elsewhere.

horrible customer service – My windshield replacement turned into an exercise in frustration with them. Called up and made an appt. for the end of the week but when I arrived discovered they had ordered the wrong part. The main scheduler said he would call me back that day and let me know status of part so we could setup another apt. He never called. No Expertise and Horrible Customer Service – I recently called Action Autio Glass on a Saturday after my car was broken into on Friday. They said they had the part and could fix my window monday am. I dropped off my car in the morning and didn't recieve a call when it was supposed to be done.
