This shop is fantastic! They came in with an estimate under their competition (in some cases the estimate was less than half!) and they got me on their calendar right away. The car was ready a day before it was promised, was washed, and looked like new. The workmanship is highly professional. On top of all that, the owners allowed me to drop-off and pick-up after their normal business hours. This hard-working family has been serving Salem for decades. I could not recommend them more!
RecommendedRecently my husband had taken his new 2020 Mustang GT to work (which entails working w/our homeless populous) and it was vandalized by a not so great person...if you know how a man feels about his car then you know how devastated my hubby was over his 5 day old Mustang getting keyed. I am extremely pleased with the body and paint work completed at Action Auto Body. They made my 2004 Hyundai look better than when I drove it off the show room floor. They also gave me the best price in the Salem Oregon area. I highly recommend Rick and Tanna's work and personalities!
