Do not use action auto for diesel work ... I’ve been out a truck for a Month!!!! Got it back ... had it taken back in next day .. fixed another issue .. they covered it .. brought it back .. now back to original problem... PISSED 😡 ANGRY ... never again .. find someone else
The service and parts department were easy to work with and did a wonderful job.
I don't have any experience with the sales side of Action Auto but their parts and service department are awesome to deal with!

I have been traveling throughout the Bakken all week. As I went through Alexander, I heard noise that sounded like a wheel bearing in the front end of my Dodge pickup. I cautiously made it to Sidney and went to Action Auto. They got me in within an hour and had me 9n the road home to Billings, MT within an hour!!!! Great job and much appreciated!!!!
