BUYER BEWARE! After being told that my driveway would be completely replaced, Action Asphalt only replaced the perimeter, and resurfaced the rest. There were several low spots and a large area that settled right after the work was done. There are now cracks and more settling. The owner has been making and breaking promises to return and fix my driveway for 3 years now. If only I could go back in time with the knowledge and experience I have of this company today... I beg of you...please learn from my experience and those on the BBB website. Choose a different Asphalt Company to conduct your work. To date Action Asphalt has 7 BBB complaints filed against them - other companies in the same category have a grand combined total of 0. Martin CROUGHIN as part of this company wasted my time and my client's as well on going out on a job 2 times and never sent an estimate. Called him to follow up and was just blown off, look for another company, these guys are only out there for 100k jobs
I manage The Fruit Basket ABQ and our parking lot was in really bad shape, pot holes, water was sitting in puddles everywhere, it really needed work. Martin came by the store, walked the parking lot with me and was able to get me a quote that day. We were very happy with the price and how quickly things got moving.
