Was driving down i25 today 11/4/2025 around 3:10pm going north bound when this vehicle passed me doing well over 90mph and driving aggressively.
BUYER BEWARE! After being told that my driveway would be completely replaced, Action Asphalt only replaced the perimeter, and resurfaced the rest. There were several low spots and a large area that settled right after the work was done. There are now cracks and more settling. The owner has been making and breaking promises to return and fix my driveway for 3 years now. If only I could go back in time with the knowledge and experience I have of this company today... I beg of you...please learn from my experience and those on the BBB website. Choose a different Asphalt Company to conduct your work. To date Action Asphalt has 7 BBB complaints filed against them - other companies in the same category have a grand combined total of 0.
