Charles Hamilton was an assigned appraiser for our home. He is incompetent in appraising high value homes. Valued our home at half the value. If you have him assigned as your appraiser, please kindly request someone else. One of the worst and shoddiest appraisals that I have seen.
Extremely Professional! Very Honorable! But beyond that explained the reason for the comps and narrowed down the property value to exactly what it was! If you want respect and years of experience! Action Appraisal is your place! Great Job!!
I was a seller of a property Appraised by Charles Hamilton in Charlotte County. The appraisal was poorly done. The Sq. Footage was wrong, the number of bathrooms was wrong and the Comps he used were a joke. He listed the property as being Atypical in a development that is less than 15% built out overall. His estimates of the number of total homes in the development was off by over 50%. I would NOT recommend this appraiser to anyone. In my opinion if he is assigned to your appraisal request a new appraiser.
