I purchased an exact manufacturer repair part. Was unsure if I could not install it & called them to see if they could, if I couldn't & requested a price quote. They stated that their "policy" was that they would not, as they have to supply the part etc. Sounds to me as if this is a BIG RIPOFF, as they can purchase these parts on discount from the supplier.
