Okay so I'm not sure about the other few reviews listed here however mine experience was very good. We had some major issues with an expensive Subzero refrigerator. The man Nick who came out was extremely knowledgeable on Subzero appliances. The repair was tricky with electrical issues due to the hurricane surges. He had to go through some diagnostic steps but did a great job. The end result was my refrigerator now works like new. Thanks for the great job and I will definitely refer this company.
You can't press charges for defamation, that is a civil suit and you talking bad about your customer is the reason why I won't use your service. I was like oh ok he is going to explain then I'll be able to call. AFTER YOUR STATEMENT IS THE REASON WHY I WONT CALL.
