We have used Action Appliance for many years to repair various appliances. Recently we purchased a washer and dryer from them. They have always provided excellent and professional service. Robert delivered and installed our washer and dryer. He is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I enjoyed having him at our home. I highly recommend Action Appliance for all your appliance needs. And if you have one delivered ask for Robert!
On February 1, 2019 I requested their service to fix my dish washer. It was making a clicking sound. Their service person presented me with a bid of $400 plus dollars, claiming i needed a new dispenser pump and a lot of other parts coming up with $246.72 for the parts. The service person told me I couldn't buy just the pump and had to purchase a lot of other parts to go with it.
