We have used Action Appliance for many years to repair various appliances. Recently we purchased a washer and dryer from them. They have always provided excellent and professional service. Robert delivered and installed our washer and dryer. He is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I enjoyed having him at our home. I highly recommend Action Appliance for all your appliance needs. And if you have one delivered ask for Robert!
On February 1, 2019 I requested their service to fix my dish washer. It was making a clicking sound. Their service person presented me with a bid of $400 plus dollars, claiming i needed a new dispenser pump and a lot of other parts coming up with $246.72 for the parts. The service person told me I couldn't buy just the pump and had to purchase a lot of other parts to go with it. I had dryer issues, a loud squeaking noise and having to use 2-3 drying cycles to get clothes dried. I had a young man name Joe come out for the repair. He was very respectful, had his mask on and very knowledgeable. He explained what he was replacing and why and also the function of each part. He also cleaned out my vent. The prices seemed pretty reasonable. I would use Joe and Action Appliance again for my repairs. Thank you again Joe. Also Lindsey who I made appointment through was very nice and helpful. I recently bought a fridge there with my dad and I will never go anywhere else to buy another appliance! They were so helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I will refer my friends and family to this shop!
I would highly recommend Action appliance, Andrew repaired my refrigerator the same day I called and he was courteous and professional, great customer service!
I would not hesitate to send my closest friends and family to this place. They are friendly, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable of the products they have to offer. Their prices are also very compeditive. I ordered a washer and dryer from them and scheduled a delivery to my home a few days later. The products arrived on time and were installed without any issues.
After Installing a five burner stove top they broke a gas pipe and refused to fix it, the owner said take us to court.
