They consistently provide high quality service at value-driven prices. We’ve had to call for service both after hours and on weekends, and their responsiveness is unparalleled. We highly recommend Action Air for all your HVAC needs.
I had a horrible experience. I was charged 133 dollars for ten minutes of time on a weekend. In that ten minutes of time I was told the heater needed a new mother board. Was given a rough estimate of 375. My bill ended up being 550 dollars and my air was still not running because the thermostat supposedly needed to be replaced. However, after coming home to wires hanging out of the wall I got the supposedly broken thermostat working after an hour. My wisdom is to use a different company.
