had our a/c compressor moved. Nolan & Mason were excellent.
I sent a DM on FB to Action Air and received a phone call in just a short while. Tony showed up to diagnose our frunace issue within an hour. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain our issue and showed concern for our safety. Tony called the next day to provide us with a quote for repairs and replacement. Darius and Hugo came out today to wire up some fans that had been replaced. Professional and friendly. Was really pleased with the accuracy of job at hand. Making all the adjustments for the electrical breakers. Precise. Thank you again.
They replaced my heat exchanger because it was bad. They came out after hours once on a emergency call and didn't even charge me. I have them on yearly maintenance.. wouldn't use anyone else. They prices were lower than all the others because I checked.
I had to have a technician come out on a Saturday. Kendall was extremely professional and helpful from the first phone call until the time he left my house. He was very efficient and also explained to me what was going on. Not to mention he contacted me after he left my house to remind me that my filter would need changing soon. Thank you Kendall!!
