Update - Mason and another tech did our spring tune-up. Determined that a part needed replaced so unit down for a bit. House to be used this weekend and summers in Oklahoma mean having working AC or drenching in humidity. Taylor, another tech I have worked with for years advised me of issue and potential parts availability hurdle. Stacy and Autumn in front office followed up, got part, and had repairs scheduled prior to weekend so house was set for the two families and young kids visiting. Taylor was fantastic!! Great communication with helping me understand what the problem was with our split units and what he did to resolve it. Very nice man and good company. Keeping him on speed dial!!

Chris and Dean installed a Mitsubishi mini-split system for our guest cabin. They are very courteous and respectful. They answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained what the installation would entail. After the work was completed, they cleaned up the work site and taught me how the unit functions. I'm very happy with the experience.

Luke, Levi, and Cayden did a wonderful job on the installation of our unit. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend these guys and Action Air.
