Darius did an excellent job! Quick detection of bad capacitor on ac unit. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
I was scheduled to meet this company at 8:00 am, and they no-showed me. When I called their office it forwarded me to an "on-call tech" who was not even on-call, and he had no record of my appointment. Very unprofessional.
Darius was prompt and provided fast service. I arrived home to a house hope than the 97 degrees outside. Within hours, he had me back to my col 68 degree home. Even cleaned my filter and outside unit. Thank you so much!
My ac wasn't working middle of the summer called Action Air, Darius was out and had the situation fixed under 2 hours. Was very polite and informative, letting me know what the issues were, and how to perform general upkeep to my ac work in these summer heats. Would highly recommend
