Action Air just completed my Spring check-up and cleaning. The technician was prompt and courteous. Great company.

Action Air is terrible. I called and made an appointment. They gave me a 2 hour window that their technician can be at my house 2-4pm. Nothing after 4. Because of this I took off work and was at home at 130pm. The Technician called and sent a text message at 205pm. Because I was on a conference call I responded to the text, yes to confirm. I then received a message that I had to reschedule because I didnt answer the call. On December 20, 2023 Lance serviced our HVAC units. He was prompt and professional. He called to let us know he was on his way and arrived within the stated timeframe. We used Action Air for multiple Heating/air conditioning services in the past. They always provided excellent service. Yesterday, our air conditioning went out, and we did not hesitate to contact Action Air for help. Today, Cam and Harley from Action Air came out and fixed our air conditioning under less-than-favorable weather conditions. It has been raining all day! Thank you for your great service!!

Zachery serviced our A/C unit on June 15. He was pleasant, efficient, and prompt. Good training, follow-up and personal responsibility. Action Air has maintained our heating and air for years.
Action lied about a service job that they had done on a unit in a condo. Action Air claims that there was No Air Filter and that the Problem was a CONDENSATION LEAK due to No Filter, their description is Condensation Leak on a split system, No Filter, Evaporator coil was dirty, drain pan full of dirt and debris, and the Drain line is clogged. ATTEN:Buyers and consumers beware. Joy K****** the owner of Action Air Conditioning Service, Inc. will attempt to swindle you at all cost. I purchased my air conditioning unit from them in 2014 with with a 10 year parts and labor warranty. I have had my unit service twice a year for the last 8 years which is part of the warranty. Upon arrival for service call, our technician found the outdoor coil was covered in grass and debris. In order to take the time to properly clean the coil from these debris, the total cost would be $193.00. Coils covered in grass and debris go beyond the normal scope of a biannual clean and service. While technician was onsite and attempting to explain the reason for the price, customer became irate and was yelling and using profanity towards him. Action Air put in our system 20 years ago. We needed a new one. Gary came out and talked with us, and the team was here the next morning. Excellent caring service. Made sure fences were closed after they were done. Helped us find filters to fit the system. Wonderful folks.
