They were timely & efficient. Our A/C requires a 36 ft ladder and they brought that & completed job without any difficulties.

I have been with Action Air for many years. This year I had a young tech called Eli who was delightful and efficient and did not try to upsell me on anything. My only complaint is that their charges have increased substantially. $250.00 for a standard annual service seems very heavy to me. But you get what you pay for!
