I have been with Action Air for many years. This year I had a young tech called Eli who was delightful and efficient and did not try to upsell me on anything. My only complaint is that their charges have increased substantially. $250.00 for a standard annual service seems very heavy to me. But you get what you pay for!
Eli was awesome! Very curteous and professional! Took care of the maintenance of my system and said everything looked good. Advised me of maybe getting a mesh cover for my unit as he showed me quite a few leaves in there. He got them out with his shop vac. I odered one from Amazon and will be here tomorrow! Awesome service from an awesome company! Thanks!
I was ready to end my relationship with Action Air this year following a visit several months back when a technician quickly turned my low Freon issue into a 15K replacement estimate. He continued to text, email and call me pressuring me for replacement. Steve showed up for my annual maintenance today, and honestly saved my decision to cut Action Air lose. Steve has served my Trane system for years and has never steered me wrong. Honesty and integrity are important and he saved the relationship.
