I was ready to end my relationship with Action Air this year following a visit several months back when a technician quickly turned my low Freon issue into a 15K replacement estimate. He continued to text, email and call me pressuring me for replacement. Steve showed up for my annual maintenance today, and honestly saved my decision to cut Action Air lose. Steve has served my Trane system for years and has never steered me wrong. Honesty and integrity are important and he saved the relationship.
This company and it's employees are fantastic! They took extra special care of my elderly friend, above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you to all the workers who took care of him.
