Excellent company, great people. I was in a very difficult situation recently. My Lennox AC broke down, blower motor went out. I was working with another contractor, going on a week and half without AC during the summer heat wave, the other contractor would not return my calls or give me an update. I called Action Air Conditioning desperately looking for a plan B, and within hours they were calling everywhere trying to get me the part and trying to find a solution. AC went down at 2am. Repaired by Mike from Action Air before 2pm, even though the weather was sketchy and he did not have all the parts on the first visit. Well done, and thank you!

We had a $12,000 Lennox AC system installed in September 2023 by Action Air. I don’t know where the fault lies but since 2023 we have had three AC float switches and one motor from the outside unit replaced. On two of the three occasions, we are in a two story townhouse, unit is upstairs and water dripped from the second floor onto the first floor.
