After a terrible experience with another company, this was a breath of fresh air. Ricky arrived the same day I called and restored my AC after going without for over a week! He was informative and reassuring. I will be recommending this company to my friends and neighbors!

Dan Ngo responded to my call to look at an AC system that was not performing well. He took the time to walk me through all of the things that he was looking at, and showed me that we had an oil leak. indicated that a repair was possible, but on a 17 year old system was not advisable. He then generated three options on the spot to replace the unit. This was on a Saturday afternoon. First thing Monday morning, and installation crew came in, took the old unit out, and replaced it with a modern update. I am very happy with the s... read more
I have been with Action Air for over 20 years and will stay with them as long as possible. Dan Ngo addressed an issue with my unit and I can not place into words how thorough he was. He is very honest and provided fantastic customer service. He made sure everything was working properly explained everything he was doing and left the residence clean. He went above and beyond. Dan and my usual yearly maintenance tech Steve are a fantastic asset to this vendor.
