The guys Isaiah, Dylan, Chris and Jacob did a great job. However giving us an opportunity to take the clothes out of our closet or cover them would have been a good idea. Having to wash a whole closet of clothing is a lot. They were polite and worked hard to finish in one day.
Ricky and Chris were super nice, explained everything, and got everything installed and cooling off once again!
Summary: I’m a homeowner thoroughly disappointed with Action Air. We have a Lennox Signature unit installed by Action Air in May of 2015. It was sold to us as a premium unit and we’ve only had one major issue when a blower motor went out last year—Action Air fixed that. In May of 2025, we called after finding the AC unit was running nonstop and the air temperature in the house wasn’t dropping below 75°F.
