I am so pleased with the professional,courteous service provided by the maintenance technician, Tim. He knows our system & did a thorough check & cleaning. I am very pleased with his service as well as the Trane heating and air conditioning system itself. I've never had a problem with it. I also like the customer service staff at Action Air. They are courteous and call when they say they will. I appreciate them keeping me informed. Well done!
Love Action Air! I was recently referred by a neighbor as my 2011 hvac units have not been serviced in years and Matt did a fantastic job and was very efficient. Matt T was a lifesaver. After two other companies finding no solution to my high humidity problem, I called Action Air for the last and final try. After explaining the issue to Matt, he went up and assessed my HVAC, came down and said he’d found the problem. He fixed it and finally…. Problem resolved.
