In a time of every price-inflated house immediately getting 5+ offers over asking price, Tom and Leah put together a creative offer that made ours super competitive even though it wasn't the highest. There's no way we would have been able to buy the house we did without their ingenuity. Tom Acton's team is amazing to work with, very responsive, and extremely knowledgeable.
