Tom is seriously amazing! He really knows how to put the action into house buying. Prompt and knowledgeable. Hold to his promises and cares about your needs. In a time of every price-inflated house immediately getting 5+ offers over asking price, Tom and Leah put together a creative offer that made ours super competitive even though it wasn't the highest.
