The depth and breadth of expertise and genuine caring is unsurpassed at Action Academy. Each class is varied and takes you just a little step further toward getting results. What I greatly appreciate most is the deep understanding and motivation for proper form. And the sessions are challenging and interesting so one never gets bored. Beyond just the workouts, Tia provides valuable advice on nutrition and recovery. I never thought I would actually look forward to my workouts!

Tia and the staff are phenomenal! There are several group classes that provide a fun and engaging atmosphere, while still helping you work towards your goals. The trainers are very knowledgeable and offer modifications to the exercises as needed based on your injuries or strengths. Action Academy is great! I’ve really enjoyed the strength classes (Steele is awesome). Also the facility and equipment is really solid. A great place to work out with great people!

Action Academy does a great job of investing in their equipment. All their stuff feels really nice, and if you don't want to wait for a machine, they offer 24-hour access. I also did sessions with one of their personal trainers for six months to help with my lower back issues, and it was really helpful.

Nothing but great experiences at Action Academy. Everyone is respectful and kind, equipment is solid, gym is clean and safe. So grateful to have this neighborhood, locally-owned option! Highly recommend.
