I was a member here for roughly 2 years or so and could not recommend them more. A very non-judgemental space to just work on yourself and everyone else that is in there is super nice. They offer a ton of classes too. Great place to connect with others in your community. The facilities were always very clean and machines always worked! :)
Awesome place. The owners are very nice people. Would recommend this place to anyone.
Tia and the team run a great gym! There's fighting sports classes for kids, beginners, and advanced learners and a great open gym too!
