I'm an active Real Estate agent. In November 2023 I found the tenant for a property that your office listed. I never receive my compensation. I sent several emails, made calls to the agent and the office. Nobody gave an answer or payment for my work. It was a very hard-earned transaction, but the offered compensation of only $200 was never received. I would recommend that you be very careful if you are a real estate agent and want to do business with this brokerage.
