Very poor customer service, this is coming from a customer of over 12 years. All was fine when they collected our payments, when you have a problem, the poor service shows. Had a problem with the alarm, found out it wasn't working as we canceled phone service a long time ago. No understanding for our families safety concern nor the amount of payments we've made in the meantime, Just told......This is why we ask customers to test their alarm monthly.
