This is how all doctors' offices should be run. You are greeted with a friendly smile. You are helped right away. I wonder if they are sitting in the back with a timer to make sure they don't start helping you too soon, otherwise, you may think that they don't have enough work. I've been searching for the best place to go for my knee issues. ActiJoint is the real deal: professional, respectful, helpful, they do what they say, and there's non of the nonsense I've experienced elsewhere. Two thumbs up!
If you’re looking for a place to go, look no further!!!!!! ActiJoint is full of professionals who clearly love their jobs and know what they are talking about!!! Customer service was so so great, and they were able to get me in very quickly for a last minute appointment prior to a marathon I’m running! :) I also felt the care for the patients and the attentiveness was greatly appreciated :)
