My sincere thanks to Mr David, my assigned PT for providing services to me at my home and restore me to good health. Mr. David is competent, cordial, On time, On Schedule, courteous, and disciplined. The one good thing about Mr. David is that he would always call my home 15 minutes before his visit to let me know he is on his way.

He was very patient with me and spent effort on getting me to exercise and improve my movement.
