This is a wonderful company. I needed some tender loving care for my elderly father, I called Acti-Kare and was greeted by such pleasantries and professionalism. I went ahead and executed a contract and was extremely satisfied. I would recommend this company again again...Thanks for everything.

Summer 2018 I took a fall in my community Gladiolus Garden. Causing me to deal with a knee injury. I hired Acti-Kare to provide In home Care Services. My aides assisted me with personal care, light housekeeping,meals and transported me to my doctor visits. I was pleased with the services. My aides performances 5star. Upon the end of services the company encourage me to follow a safety plan to prevent future falls. I added Acti-Kare in my emergency contact numbers just in case I need in home care service again. Inconsistent and unorganized./// Thank you for offering 3 free cleanings with your explanation. My husband and I are full time residents, we are both elderly and my husband has a chronic illness. When you tell us something we expect you to fulfill what was planned. I went out of my way to work with your associate regarding appointments, but things always seemed to get turned around,cleaning products were forgotten, and delays in arrival kept the associate running late into our day.
