The front desk person was rude and not helpful. I asked to speak with Robert Starace and she continually hung up on me. I was asking to speak with him has he is the operations manager and she referred me to customer service and hung up the call. I then called back and she continued hanging up. This is by the the most ghetto and unprofessional service I've ever received. Please look into finding a new receptionist.
