I chose ACT Self Storage because they're independently owned so I went down to see the place. The storage facilities are as good as (if not better) than any other big chain I've used but the best part is the personal service, the flexibility and the help that Andrew gave me. The guy was super accomodating to my timeline and worked with me to provide me what I needed. You won't get that anywhere else. The guy is a legend. I could hardly have had a better experience. It was just really nice to deal with someone who helped me store my belongings and just helped me with what I needed, instead of trying to sell me something that just worked for them. They even let me use a padlock free so I didn't have to fuss about getting one. How lovely!
