Not recommended at all. The owner treats their tenants badly with negative business practice ethics. Biggest trick is a good competitive price & then comes a rapid price rise every 6-9 months without fail. Good example is how the following long term tenants all left the place, just go & ask them why they all departed: Little Woods Civil Engineering, government departments like foreign affairs, department of defence, montana spraypaint cans, booze & barrels, style up staging & many others. I chose ACT Self Storage because they're independently owned so I went down to see the place. The storage facilities are as good as (if not better) than any other big chain I've used but the best part is the personal service, the flexibility and the help that Andrew gave me. The guy was super accomodating to my timeline and worked with me to provide me what I needed. You won't get that anywhere else. The guy is a legend. I could hardly have had a better experience. It was just really nice to deal with someone who helped me store my belongings and just helped me with what I needed, instead of trying to sell me something that just worked for them. They even let me use a padlock free so I didn't have to fuss about getting one. How lovely!
