Rude and aggressive owner, Threated violence, Owner is emotionally unhinged
From the initial phone call, to completion of our pool rebar ACT was professional, friendly, and communicative. They provided a fair price and took the time to understand the unique needs of my project. They asked questions and were the most thorough in their scope of work description. Day of install their crew was friendly, clean, and were top notch. Of the 4 companies I received bids from ACT was by far the best choice!
We haven't worked with ACT yet, so I will update the review when our pool build is finished. I am writing a preliminary review because I have sought many many bids and this company was quick to respond and has been easy to contact which is very appreciated.
ACT was very responsive and got the job done as stated. I had originally contracted with another rebar company but they failed telling me they could not complete job as contracted. I Contacted ACT and they were out promptly. They did a greate job. No hassles whatsoever. Much appreciation.
