Would highly recommend using Act of Valor for any mold remediation needs. Brian’s background as an insurance adjuster for over a decade is absolutely invaluable during this process. Brian and his team have been a true pleasure to work with! Informative and honest along with a great eye for detail. What he knows about the industry and how it works is nothing short of remarkable, and he gives exceptional guidance on next steps without pushing - which itself is a rare and valued trait! Act of Valor ws always on military time and never kept me waiting. Extremely confident in his craft and was always willing to explain how the insurance claims process worked. His experience of having worked for the insurance company certainly helped when fighting the insurance company to pay me everything my policy covered. I couldn't be more delighted with their work.
