I wish i could give them 0 stars- HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We bought some items from this store for my nephew, only to find out the next day his father had bought the same thing. So we go to return the item, sadly and once we state we wanted to return this item we were hit with. "Its not my problem, to bad". We were never told that nothing could be returned and there was only one sign above our heads and direct view, we were not told of the sign until we went back. Act Of Music There's not a whole lot of music stores to choose from in Chino (not that I've found, anyway), but this one seems to be pretty decent. They offer a good selection of instruments, both new and used, and I think they have a rental program, too, for band instruments. Their prices seem pretty decent, and the guy I talked to about guitars seemed to know his stuff.
If you're looking for an instrument to rent, you'll find it here. If youre looking for a particular instrument or music instruction, you will find it here. Instruments are for sale and many are for rent. We buy piano books for my sons piano lessons and my oldest son takes drum lessons here. The employees in the small shop are very nice and friendly. They recently relocated to this smaller location and the store is literally packed with instruments and music supplies
