2 years ago was wonderful with this company. This time it was a nightmare. Young kids in a rush. Damage to furniture and my sleep number bed ($1500 to repair), Truck was too small so I had to decide what was left for another moving day. Furniture was thrown on top of other furniture in the truck and not wrapped. When my husband asked that they wrap something, he was told their blankets were dirtier then the inside of the truck, then I ended up with grease on upholstery. They dox people online. Yuck
This was the worst experience I have had. Several things broken, movers smoking pot on their breaks, one expensive large piece of furniture had glass broken. They were to fix it. It took 2 months and then the glass didn't match the rest of the glass (not tinted). No-one ever came out to make adjustments or fix things they said they would fix. I guess I have to go to court.
RecommendedAct of Class Is by far the most outstanding moving company around. The guys loaded & unloaded my house/storage unit & into our new place within 4 hours. A HUGH thank you to them! You guys ROCK!
I HAD THE "DREAM TEAM" FROM ACT OF CLASS MOVING & STORAGE. Anthony and Corey were efficient, quick, helpful, and full of experience and kindness. Instead of grunts and huffs and puffs, these guys had me in stitches laughing throughout the whole moving loading and unloading process. If you are looking for a 5-star moving service, then contact Act of Class. I dealt with Chris during my move and he was very patient. All the office supplies and the furniture were packed safely at my house and arrived with no damage at the office. Chris took charge of the move from the start and was very hands on. He made sure that the movers loaded the boxes into the truck safely. He was present at the office before the moving truck arrived and took charge there too. All I can say is great work Chris!
