I don't know what we would have done without Rod! Before he began working on our 2 properties they had been on the market for close to 2 years. Rod has done extensive work on two of our houses and we couldn’t be more pleased. He’s an amazing resource for Kansas City. His home staging skills can’t be beat. Rod jumps into a job with both feet. I would recomend using this company for anyone wanting to prepare the home of parents that are in need of moving to an assisted living community. My father was using an electric wheel chair and damaged many of the door frames and dry wall of the patio home he and my mother shared. With out the help of Act now get it sold we never could of prepared the home to sell and move my parents to an assisted livng community.
