The man i talked with was very friendly, it was easy to drop off and pick up within around 3/4 days, but my ring was not sized properly. My grandmother gifted me her ring, but it had to be resized to fit my finger. I chose here for convenience. The ring had fell off my finger and is now missing completely within a month of it being resized. She wore it continuously on her finger for 23 years. since it wasnt sized properly ive now lost something very sentimental and valuable to me. im disappointed to say the least.
My husband loves to buy loose stones and antique jewelry on auction sites. I whip up a few sketches and collect pics of jewelry I like. Thuan then creates a truly unique piece. He is a master jeweler and takes great pride in his craftmanship. Thuan and his wife Chi Pham sincerely delight in your excitement when you pick up your exquisite jewelry. I recommend ACT Jewelers to all of my friends.
Went in for a simple repair on my chain, and they fixed right on the spot. Great service, great employees. Can’t recommend this place enough!!
This little shop is a winner. The master jewler worked with me to make a custom ring from several rings and pendants that were inherited. I provided a picture of the idea I had for the ring and he flawlessly brought it to life for a very reasonable price.
