I had two project for Adrien to work on today. One was a motion light for my backyard. The wiring to the light was secured and hidden properly. The Light was set up and works well. The second project was an installation of a recessed cabinet in my kitchen used to hold my spices. Sheet rock was cut accurately, cabinet secured to studs, and clean up done efficiently. I cannot say enough good things for Adriens work ethic, timeliness, and professionalism. I would highly recommend ACT for any of your work needs.
This is my personal recommendation for Act Home Inspection. I recently made a home purchase in Syracuse New York. I made the decision to hire my own independent home inspector avoiding any conflict of interest with realtors. This was my fifth home purchase and I was extremely pleased with my decision to hire Adrien. He was knowledgeable and extremely thorough with my inspection.
