Terrible service. They sent a technician who had no idea what the problem was (that's what he told me, and that he had no other answer to give me). My parents had been without air conditioning since the weekend, I notified them, and they came for nothing because instead of explaining the problem, the solution, and the price, they said nothing; they simply said they had no answer. Poor service; if you want to continue suffering in the heat, call them.

I am unhappy with this service, you charged me $900 to repair a sensor, the same sensor is full of water, I called the same company to do a text on the same sensor that was fixed by you, you charged me $180 to review for me only the same problem that the AC has due to the bad practice that this company has done in my air conditioning, that is unfair, when I want to pay for it they told me that I do not have a guarantee, and Jonathan who is one of your agents told me that I have 6 months of guarantee, that happens within my g... read more
